You are able to link a valid payment card to your account when you register through the Car Charged UK customer portal. A £15 top up is automatically added when there is less than £10 in your Car Charged UK customer account. You can also manually add to your balance when you log into Car Charged UK customer portal.
The Car Charged UK network consists of many independent charging point owners who set their own prices. Benefit from a discounted rate compared to a roaming customer, if you are part of the Car Charged UK network.
Up-to-date pricing of charging points is always available for each location through the Car Charged UK mobile app or on the customer portal.

You can find and book charging points, start and stop charging, track usage and manage your account.
Find a station using the Car Charged UK mobile app or customer portal, decide how to pay (one-time payment or using your Car Charged UK account or through the roaming network), identify yourself using your RFID tag or the mobile app, plug in and charge.
All your payment data is stored in the servers of PSR approved payment provider, Payment Highway. Car Charged UK will not be able to see your confidential information.
