Outstanding EV customer care every step of the way

Recently we were delighted to welcome Steve Wright to join Car Charged UK as our Head of Operations. He leads a department dedicated to achieving outstanding client care and excellent back-office support and maintenance, all of which form an essential part of our offering to our customers.

For our commercial and workplace clients, we recognise that having a customer care package tailored to your specific business, car-park locations and site requirements, is vital. Whether you operate a national chain, destination places such as pub-restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets or other premises with large, multi-site car parks, we provide a hassle-free electric vehicle charging points (EVCP) installation service across the UK.

With Steve heading up operations, customers receive 24/7/365 remote, multi-site support and aftercare for reactive and planned maintenance and replacement of equipment. The Help Desk will manage the end-to-end processes assisting customers throughout the journey, from their initial enquiry to installation, handover and beyond.

From Scotland to Southend, there is a single point of contact to ensure the smoothest customer journey and an effective, personal service.

Typically Steve and his team handle new enquiries; monitor the daily performance of EVCP units; and manage the accounts of those customers with montetised systems. He explains:

“As an electric vehicle (EV) consultancy, we’re committed to ensuring that our clients receive an excellent service and we continue to improve the user experience.

We offer the complete EVCP installation package. It means that wherever our customer is on the EV journey, we’re here to guide, advise and support, every step of the way.”
