Car Charged UK’s staff and customer care through Covid 19

During the on-going COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the safety and welfare of our staff and customers is our priority.

  • Our team are working from home and we have taken significant measures to protect all administrative and field-based staff in accordance with Government health and safety advice for Covid 19 including self-distancing and sanitising.
  • We continue to provide our 24/7 customer Help Desk for advice and support.
  • Our EV charging networks remain accessible as many people rely on our network for essential travel.
  • Our team of field service engineers continue to carry out regular site visits and maintenance checks.
