Expansion and keeping customers fully charged during lockdown

Ensuring business continuity for our customers has been our main priority throughout lockdown. Our 24/7 customer help desk has remained operational throughout. We’ve also completed our head office expansion in order to increase capacity for our fast-growing EVCP network.
Operational and covid-secure
Our EVCP installation teams are now out as normal for routine maintenance since more regular travel has been permitted – all the while following Government guidance and the individual site requirements of our customers. A huge thank you to the whole team for your efforts to keep operations up, running and Covid-secure.
We work in an environment where business continuity and contingency for the Car Charged UK EVCP network are a vital component of our service. This has included taking fast and effective action to ensure that our people and customers can stay safe throughout these challenging times – including Covid 19 risk assessments, the right PPE kit for working on site, sanitising and self-distancing measures.
Expanding our capacity
We’re also delighted to announce that Car Charged UK’s office expansion is now complete. Over the last few months we’ve tripled our capacity with new facilities including a new contracting office, help desk, training room, administration and accounts. These ensure seamless customer support and hassle-free back office services.
Our custom-built, head office is designed to manage our own, fast-growing network of Car Charged UK EVCPs, which give us a reach across the UK. It also means that we can provide the level of service demanded by commercial and workplace clients as we cater for the growing demand for electric vehicles and the infrastructure they need.
We extend a warm welcome to Mick Littlewood, Surveyor. We are also planning to recruit a number of apprentices in the forthcoming months. Watch this space.
