Car Charged UK (CCUK) is delighted to announce a highly innovative, zero-emissions partnership with English Electric Motor Co (EEMC).
This will provide an end-to-end electric motorbike charging service for fleet riders, commercial, workplace and electric motorcyclists nationwide. Businesses and car park owners will have a hassle-free and fully managed service which includes design, installation, back office and maintenance.
CCUK is an electric vehicle charge point (EVCP) consultancy and a specialist service provider of EVCPs. English Electric Motor Co (EEMC)is the premier purveyor of electric motorcycles and mopeds in the UK, both representing highly innovative and growing markets. The partners also share a similar, ambitious sustainability mission to charge towards a greener future and to support motorcycle riders to enjoy zero-emission bike rides.
EEMC offers an industry-leading, electric two-wheeled service from sale to service. CCUK has become its partner of choice thanks to its reputation as a trusted advisor on every aspect of EVCP design, management and technology. As part of the partnership, the CCUK team has already installed the UK’s first stop and charge motorcycle EVCP at EEMC’s head office in Norfolk.
The partnership has allowed CCUK to expand its already fast-growing, national network of public charging facilities to encompass electric motorbike riders as well as other electric vehicle drivers.
EEMC is focusing on the increased growth in the electric two-wheel market, and offers a nationwide mobile service/repair facility and high voltage (HV), qualified, specialist electric technicians to UK dealerships for upgrades and modifications for all-electric motorcycles and mopeds. The partnership enables EEMC to expand further its reach and reputation as a leader and innovator in the electric motorcycle industry.
As part of the new venture, CCUK and EEMC are planning a series of events and workshops in 2020 and 2021.
