As an electric vehicle charging point (EVCP) consultancy with in-depth understanding of the needs of commercial and retail sites, Car Charged UK was able to advise the client on the most suitable option for this busy retail park. We delivered an end-to-end solution from the application of a new DNO to the installation and commissioning of a public charging solution.
What was delivered?
Our combination of rapid DC and fast charge stations offered the choice and flexibility needed by customers coming and going from the retail park. Connectivity to the Car Charged UK back office gives the client a hassle-free support service including help desk, billing and maintenance with a long-term service level agreement (SLA).
Why was this delivered?
Data obtained in the last three months has shown an increase in the number of electric vehicles (EVs) using the charge points. We have also since seen a rise in regional customer registrations on our network. Our client also observed an upturn in the number of drivers charging their EVs whilst they are busy finishing their shopping.
